Rules of the house
Below you will find some information that allows you to receive a timely and quality service during your stay at La Villa.
To book, you must fill out the "booking" form directly on the site or send an availability request with your details to email@example.com or contact us by phone at +39 3355858534.
It is scheduled between 15.00 and 19.00. However, please communicate the expected arrival time at least in the morning of the day of arrival. In the case of different arrival times, a prior agreement is required. Guests are invited upon arrival to provide an identification document.
The Self-Service breakfast is open from 8.00 to 10.00. Different times can be agreed according to the guest's needs. In the case of food intolerances, please notify us in advance.
The cleaning of the rooms is carried out from 9.00 to 12.30. If the rooms are occupied during these times, cleaning will be carried out the day after. The linen is changed every 3 nights. The change of towels is done every 3 nights and in advance whenever the linen is left on the ground.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult and adults are responsible for the behavior of the minors in their care.
Smoking is forbidden in all internal areas of La Villa.
Outside, guests are kindly invited to use the ashtrays and not to throw cigarettes in the park. The respect and sensitivity of everyone contributes significantly to the well-being of all.
A respectful behavior must be maintained at any time of the day and in no way, guests shall disturb the tranquility of the other guests.
We are not liable for consequences of failure in complying with the prohibitions and elementary safety rules.
To avoid disturbing other people, the guests of the Blum Junior Suites and the Liberty Deluxe Room are requested not to raise and lower the shutters between 10.00 pm and 7.30 am.
Guests of the Altopiano Lodge are not allowed to use the washing machine between 8.00 pm and 9.00 am.
For any need you can contact the management who will do everything possible to accommodate guests' requests.
To confirm the reservation, once the reply email with room availability has been received, a deposit is required as a deposit equal to 50% of the amount of the stay to be made by:

The balance for the entire duration of the stay must be paid at check-in.
Cancellation and reimburse policy:
The cancellation of the reservation must be made only and exclusively by e-mail communicating the bank details for any reimbursement minus any bank charges.
For cancellations received up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be fully refunded.
There is no refund if the cancellation is made 30 days before the start of the stay. However, the guest is given the opportunity to use the security deposit for another booking to be made within the next 12 months.
In the event of early departure, the amount for the entire booked period is due.
In case of no-show without cancellation within the terms and without payment of a deposit, an amount equal to 50% of the amount due for the booked period will be required.
If the guest does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled day without communicating the delay, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due.
If the property of the B&B is forced to cancel the reservation, it will be the responsibility of the same to immediately notify the guest by returning the sum paid or if possible to propose an alternative accommodation. No responsibility will be assumed for cancellations made due to force majeure.
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am on the departure date, unless special arrangements are made at the time of booking.
After 11.00 without the room being vacated, an additional day's stay will be charged.
These Regulations are an integral part of the booking form. With the Booking you undertake to fully accept the content of the Regulations and to respect them.
